Since the day of today military certificates which was obliguatory to obtain for non-Eu Residents when purchasing a property in Orihuela Costa will not be neccessar anymore. The law from 1978 was obsolete in any case and caused just paperwork for the clients interest in buying a proeprty in Spain as in certain areas this document was nececssary to be able to register the property in the land registry.
