The “Mevilla +” service is designed for home owners who reside abroad, and want a trouble free maintenance of their property in Orihuela Costa.
“Mevilla +” offers you the service of maintaining and checking the control of your property. We guarantee that your property is in good hands during your absences and we make sure that when you return everything is in perfect condition.
If you wish to rent your property in Orihuela Costa “Mevilla +” manages the relationship with your tenant in a professional and efficient way to minimize and solve any possible problems that may arise.
MEVILLA+ COSTS 350€ PER YEAR. The service includes
√ Key holding.
√ Inspection of the property once a month.
√ Advice by telephone.
√ In case the alarm goes off, we act as a contact person with the police and check that there has been no incidence.
√ Upon your request, we hand over the keys to your property to persons nominated by you.
√ We advertise your rental on the Mevilla Real Estate website.
√ Organize and manage the rental yourself and use Mevilla+ for all practical things. we work as a team!

KEY MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Having someone you know and trust to look after the keys to your property takes all the stress away. We will have 2 sets of keys that will be kept safe under strict security measures and we can be available to provide assistance and advice if needed.
Simply let us know the arrival dates and times of you and your guests and we will do the rest.
If you rent your home we will meet and greet your guests and hand over all the keys they will need for their stay. One of the biggest benefits of using this service is the fact that at this first meeting we can answer any questions your guests may have and help them feel welcome and at home. We will always give them our contact information in case they have any questions or problems during their stay.
This service is included inMevilla+ during office hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturdays from 10:30 to 13:30.
Outside office hours you can leave your keys in our key box.
INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY
It is important to regularly check that everything is going well in your property in Spain and repair any damage or wear and tear as soon as possible.

√ Operation of toilets and taps.
√ Control of electricity, water and gas (Visual/olfactory).
√ Checking for any signs of breakage or damage.
√ Checking of locks and doors.
√ Checking of locked doors and windows.
After our inspection, we will leave a report at the property and send you one by email.
